When you purchase one of our products through our online store or a third party marketplace (such as SimMarket or FlightSim.to) you'll be provided with an installer (i.e 'Flight Panels - Fenix A320 Series (1.9) Installer.exe'). Simply download and launch the installer by double clicking on the file name.
Our installer wizard will guide you through the installation process whilst also downloading, installing and configuring any necessary system pre-requites (i.e Windows .NET runtimes) or third party applications and plugins (i.e PilotsDeck, FSUIPC7, MobiFlight) so that you can get up and running as quickly as possible.
It's essential that you reboot your computer when prompted by the installerWe know that technology can be frustrating at times and we want to make sure you have an exceptional experience when you use our products, that's why we'll do everything possible to support you when things aren't right.
